My overall experience on the app is good. But the app is under maintenance for a month now.

Update: even if the app is no longer accessible, my package has arrived on the 26th day. Everything is delivered and wetsuit is a perfect fit. I will order again if app is already working.

Be aware! The product had a problem and they asked me to send the product back and they would refund me. The refund never happened and I lost my product. I'd like to give 0 star but it's not possible.

Good day Tradeinn's mission statement claims that they ,"take pride in delighting our customers" and that the they build their, "business around customer satisfaction offering the best service". Now I ask you, how can this be your claim when the company has so many unhappy customers. Is this how Tradeinn makes its money? Stealing the hard earned money of its customers ? I urge you to take action and live up to your mission statement. Do not buy from them!
La app tiene un rol muy importante, pero muchos bugs que impactan la experiencia de compra. En particular el chat no se mantiene abierto al cambiar a otra app, muy necesario para buscar informaciĆ³n que piden. TambiĆ©n vuelve a la pantalla inicial cada vez que se abre.

Motherboard was ordered on 16/01/2022 and received on 14/02/2022. Got it after 28 days. Had a very bad experience.
